6. Orders, Payments & Pricing

- Payment must be completed at the time of checkout
- We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our discretion
- Order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment

7. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping timelines vary based on product type and destination
- Original artworks may require special handling and packaging
- Rhythmic Oasis is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control
- Tracking information will be provided when available
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the original artwork:
- All sales of original artwork are final, except in cases of damage during transit
- Limited-edition prints and gift items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged
Any damage, defect, or order issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence.
9. Digital Products (If Applicable)
All digital products or downloadable content, once delivered or accessed, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
10. Charitable Giving Disclaimer
While Rhythmic Oasis supports charitable causes, the allocation, timing, and recipient organizations may vary at our discretion. Charitable contributions are not guaranteed for every purchase.
